How do I cap my IGOT® pen when I am finished writing ?
Do I need to keep my IGOT® pen in its stainless steel SafeTM when I store it in my purse / wallet credit card slot ?
Yes, the micro-thin stainless steel SafeTM (included with every IGOT® pen) ensures that the IGOT® pen's ballpoint writing tip does not come in contact with the inside of your purse or wallet, thus preventing any marking with ink.
Since everybody's wallet is different, the SafeTM is also specially designed to maintain the structural integrity of the IGOT® pen if subjected to greater stresses. This is especially important for IGOT® pen users who normally carry their wallet in their back pants pocket.
How much ink is in my IGOT® pen ?
The IGOT® pen contains approximately one-third the amount of ink in the average boring pen. :))
Which colors of ink are available in the IGOT® pen ?
Currently the IGOT® pen is only available with an elegant violet-blue ink.
Can I refill my IGOT® pen ?
The IGOT® pen's U.S. and internationally patented technology does not use ink refills and it is currently not refillable.
I see a little hole in the corner of the top edge of my IGOT® pen. Can ink leak out there ?
When we first designed the IGOT® pen, we seriously considered making this little hole a drain hole where all the ink in the IGOT® pen could leak out all over the place. But our early focus groups showed that customers didn't really like that idea very much, and we probably wouldn't sell many IGOT® pens that way. So instead, the IGOT® pen's U.S. and internationally patented technology ensures that ink will not leak out the little hole, whether you store your IGOT® pen right side up, upside down, flat, or at any other angle.
What is the piece of paper with two clear plastic circles on it included with the gift box for ?
These are adhesive tabs for you to seal the lid of the gift box if you wish. We thought our customers might appreciate being able to inspect the IGOT® pens they purchased before giving them as a gift, as well as being able to enclose a personal note, or whatever. :))
